Refund Policy

We do not accept returns. 

You have 7 days from the date your item was delivered to you within which to exchange your order or get a store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, the following must apply:

  •         Items must not be used, worn or washed.
  •         Items must be in original packaging and all tags attached.
  •         Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-exchangeable items include accessories, body suits, swimwear, sale items, gift cards. All exchanges are dependent on stock availability.  If we do not have the item you want to exchange, we will issue a store credit instead.

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to exchange your item, but please give us three (3) to seven (7) days for your exchange to be processed.
